About

Strategy shaped
by operating reality.

My work has moved between strategy, product, transformation and applied AI. The common thread is turning ambiguous problems into decisions, systems and operating models that can survive real constraints.

01

The through-line

I have spent more than a decade working across consulting, telecoms, emerging technology, product strategy and transformation. Alongside that enterprise work, I co-founded FundRobin as an entrepreneurial side venture and use it as a live environment for applied AI product building.

Those two contexts create a useful tension. Enterprise work forces clarity on economics, stakeholders, risk, governance and delivery. Building a product forces decisions to become software, workflows and operating routines. The interesting lessons usually sit between them.

The bridge is judgment: what to build, what not to build, and what has to be true for the system to work.

How I work now.

The current operating model combines product judgment with AI-assisted execution. Customer signals and strategic choices flow into structured work; specialised agents and durable context support implementation; human review remains explicit; measurement feeds the next decision.

A conceptual view of the operating model rather than a literal production architecture.

What I write about

The writing is intended to be the durable layer between individual projects and a broader professional point of view. Topics will centre on applied AI product systems, agentic workflows, AI-native operating models, product and portfolio strategy, transformation, and the practical boundary between automation and human judgment.

Where a piece draws on real work, the standard is simple: show enough mechanism and evidence to be useful, while protecting confidential information and avoiding claims that cannot be defended.
